The «Comments Limiter» plugin allows you to limit the number of comments a user 
can post within a configurable time limit.
 It is ideal for preventing spam and 
managing excessive commenting.

### Features

 * Set a time limit (in hours) for comments (e.g., 24 hours).
 * Limit the number of comments a user can post in that time limit.
 * Admins and editors are exempt from comment limits.
 * Easy-to-use settings page in the WordPress admin panel.

### Configuration

 1. **Time Limit**: Set the time limit in hours for the user comments (default is 24
    hours).
 2. **Comment Limit**: Define the default number of comments allowed per user.
 3. Save the changes to apply the limits.
