Even if your theme enables them, this plugin will overrule your theme and disable Core Block Patterns. It will not disable any custom or plugin Block Patterns. The plugin has no settings and should work in WordPress MU as well as single WordPress installations. Upload `disable-core-block-patterns` to the `/wp-content/plugins/` directory 2. Activate the plugin through the «Plugins» menu in WordPress 3.
