Upload the plugin files to the /wp-content/plugins/guest-author-search directory, or install the plugin through the WordPress plugins screen directly.
Activate the plugin through the «Plugins» screen in WordPress.
Assign guest author names to posts via the post meta box.
Search for posts by guest author names through the default WordPress search.
