Upload the `highlite` folder to the `/wp-content/plugins/` directory. 2. Activate the plugin from the **Plugins** menu in WordPress. 3. Go to **Settings > Highlite** and select which post types should support highlighting. ## Vanlege spm. ### Can visitors who are not logged in use this plugin? No. Guests cannot highlight text. They will be prompted to log in first. ### What happens when the Pro version is activated? If Highlite Pro is active, the free version will automatically deactivate to avoid conflicts. ### Are highlights saved permanently? Yes. Highlights are stored in user meta and persist across sessions until deleted. ### Does it support block-level highlights? Yes. You can highlight entire paragraphs, list items, and other common block elements. ### Can I enable it only on blog posts or specific post types? Yes.
