From within WordPress

Visit «Plugins > Add New»
Search for «Newor Media»
Activate «Newor Media» for WordPress from your «Plugins» menu from WordPress.
Visit the new «Newor Media» menu to configure the ads.

Manually

Upload the newormedia/ folder to the /wpcontent/plugins/ directory.
Activate the plugin through the «Plugins» menu in WordPress.
Visit the new «Newor Media» menu to configure the ads.
