Upload reject-urls-and-emails-in-textarea.php to the /wp-content/plugins/ directory
Activate the plugin through the Plugins menu in WordPress

Gravity Forms has a link to this plugin on their site. I’m not sure why more people aren’t using it. It’d be nice if it could be updated to show compatibility.
