Download and install the plugin from the WordPress Plugin Directory or upload the plugin zip file manually.
Activate the plugin through the WordPress Plugins menu.
Open the ShareThis Follow Buttons settings page.
Configure your social networks and button preferences.
Save your settings and your Follow Buttons will appear on your site.

I’m surprised there are more reviews of this plugin, but if you’re looking for a quick, beautiful and simple follow button plugin this is the one to use! It had all the networks I needed and integrated into my footer easily with the provided template code. I use the white color theme to work best with my site. I’ve used a few plugins from ShareThis now and this is definitely on par with their high quality work. Great job!
