Looks like there’s a problem loading the reCAPTCHA. From the developer tools console:
ReferenceError: Can’t find variable: grecaptchaRefused to execute https://www.google.
com/recaptcha/api.js?render=<site key obfuscated> as script because «X-Content-Type-
Options: nosniff» was given and its Content-Type is not a script MIME type.

I have been using this contact form plugin for a couple of years and it has been
great at keeping spam away even using just the simple question. It’s customizable
and does not contain a bunch of slow unnecessary stuff, like most of the similar
plugins I tried.
