Visit «Plugins > Add New»
Search for «Slide IMG»
Activate Slide IMG from your Plugins page.

Manually

Upload the Slide-IMG folder to the /wp-content/plugins/ directory
Activate the Slide IMG plugin through the «Plugins» menu in WordPress
Go to «after activation» below.
